Shipping Policy
We use First Class & USPS Priority Shipping. Shipping is FREE if your order is over $75. Items are processed and shipped out 24-48 BUSINESS hours (Tuesday-Friday), not including Sundays and holidays. After order is received and processed it takes 2-3 BUSINESS days to be delivered. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed as there may be delays due to holidays, bad weather, or depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office.
Tracking Information
Customers will receive tracking information via email when the label is created. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in system. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive your tracking email 3 days after placing your order. If its not there please send us an email at support@omgbabefash.com so we can re send it.
Express Shipping
We use USPS Priority Express Shipping. If your order is placed before 12:30 pm Pacific Time, and customer selects Express Shipping at check out, order will be shipped out the same day and received by the customer in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 pm Eastern Time will ship out next business day and received the day after that.
Lost/Stolen Packages
OMG BABE FASH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages;however, we will do our best to help you find your package since each order comes with a tracking number. In the case your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
International Shipping
We do offer USPS International Shipping. All international orders take 24-48 hours to ship. USPS takes about 7-10 days to be delivered. (SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED AS THERE CAN BE DELAYS DUE TO HOLIDAYS, BAD WEATHER, AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES).
Please note: OMG BABE FASH is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your countries’ postal service to inquire about our package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee.
