All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee per package.

Unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges will be made. We ONLY accept returns for store credit. If you'd like to exchange an item, please request a return and once you receive your store credit, you can repurchase the item in the correct size or color. For returns, please read and follow the instructions below.

 

Returns are eligible for store credit, minus 25% restocking fee, within 14 days of delivery date (according to tracking).

To be eligible for a return your item(s) must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear), brand new, with all tags attached (if any), and odorless. It must also be in its original packaging.

ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE INSPECTED THOROUGHLY SO NO USED, DAMAGED, OR STAINED ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

 

ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS INCLUDE:

1. Orders using promo/discount codes.

However We will accept orders that used 10 - 15% off codes.

2. Sale items, including deal of the week sales

3. White items

4. Orders placed during HUGE sales - Including but NOT limited to, New Years Sale, Hump Day Sale, Valentine's Day Sale, Labor Day Sale, July 4th Sale, Black Friday Sale, etc.

5. Accessories (ie. socks, bodychains, necklaces, bracelets, rings, belts, etc.)

6. Undergarments such as, but not limited to, bralettes, thongs, etc (For sanitary purposes, we cannot accept these items)

7. Swimwear

8. Bodysuits

 

RETURN PROCESS

If your order is still eligible for return after reading the details above, please follow the directions below to continue with the return:

-Items you would like to return

Please allow 2-3 business days for a response.

Processing

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. OMGBABEFASH does not provide shipping labels for returns. Original invoice must be included in your return packages. 
When returned packages arrive at our facilities, it usually takes us anywhere from 2-3 business days to process your store credit. We understand it’s very important for our customers to get their returns processed as soon as possible. Once your return has been processed, you’ll be issued a store credit in the form of a Gift Card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax fees.

* PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs. Once clothing is received, inspected, and approved, you will receive a giftcard through email with the total amount spent on the return item(s) minus shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

*If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
